We were discussing the various translations of the famous frog Haiku by Basho and I wrote this just for laughs.

Freckled Speckled Frog

Fat frog jumps in road

Frog forgets to look both ways

Splat goes speckled frog

Loved your Haiku, and the translations. I think Ginsberg nailed it! Your "Splat" and his "kerplunk" are great words, full of description. Regards, Jack
