Frozen ahem sparrows

By Poetic Muse

Sister Agatha

Her mean little heart was as small as a sparrow's

She had no time for friviolity

All things had to be useful and prudent and done correctly

She always kept a ruler nearby for swatting knuckles

I blame it on her little frozen sparrow heart

Bravo! Bravo!

It's wonderful... I know a lot of Catholics who can identify with this one. :p

Aw, thank you! You are now Officially a member of the FSRA (frozen sparrow revolutionary army).

Welcome to the Revolution!

I can relate...one person marked my best article unuseful and it fell to the bottom of my roster like ...well..um..a frozen sparrow.

welcome to the sparrowz revolution....jimmy

:p nicely put! hehe~

it hurtz, doesn't it. :(

Perhaps we shall have to make a Revolution for your article after the Frozen Sparrowz have nested somewhere warm and safe.

Personally I think this Revolution has legz. Drax says, and I quote: "Frozen Sparrow has legs, this is especially good since the wings are f*cked..." LOL

Waves at Jimmy and waits for Drax to weigh in.

Yeah it was this poem. http://hubpages.com/hub/Poetry_Dragons It was killed before it ever stood a chance. I'll never know why they found it 'not useful.'

Iðunn 5 years ago

it's an excellent poem... that's a bloody shame.

I could see possibilities with a Dragon Revolution. I shall have to check the stock at Revolutions to Go when the appropriate time comes.

Poetic Muse, I'm glad you linked it for us. I had missed that one and I'm glad to have read it.

this is great Poetic Muse - and the frozen sparrow spaceship photo is classified actually... this markdown happened to me also and there is stuff languishing at the bottom, it's a total pain in the sparrow...

"frozen-sparrowed

to be intentionally and fatally sabotaged as if by being pelted from above by a frozen sparrow.

His advertising project for the boss was frozen-sparrowed when a competitor hacked his password and revised it by adding nudes of his boss's wife along with accompanying insults.

Source: ahem friend, right here"

it hasn't been approved yet, but it should be in about 2 or 3 days : )

Some comments from this frozen sparrow whose poetry is wallowing with the coffee dregs! I am probably not going to submit poetry as a full article anymore. I think the format is partly to blame (line space line space and no break in sight). So a poem begins to look odd. Even tried to break it with capsules but still odd. So now poetry will be just a token aside on my articles and no more. But that's cool. I just write differently here and keep poetry for other places. I guess it's all about knowing the market.

By the way, poetic muse, I loved the cuteness of the poem! The world needs cute!

I have to agree that the double spacing is a bit of a pain and not poetry friendly. When I need a stanza break I have to resort to putting a period or something odd. At least they haven't banned poetry from Hubpages altogther.
