Diamante #3

To read more about this format and to write some yourself, here is a website: http://www.kathimitchell.com/poemtypes.html It is a fun format to work in and one that will help students learn the difference between nouns, verbs and adjectives.

Rock and Jazz

Rock

Loud, aggressive

Pulsing, flashing, intoxicating

Electric, amplifiers, saxophone, clarinet

Seducing, hypnotizing, alluring

Soulful, heartfelt

Jazz

Time to dance

It is a noun. Person, place or thing. Rock is a music genre, therefore it's a thing.
